1. CONSULTATION

 

This is the first, and most important step - essentially a first brainstorming session. This can be done at your location during an on-site sign audit or at our location, over the phone, or by email.   The main goal is for us to listen to your needs, and ask the right questions.  There are several questions that need to be asked for every project, considering the custom nature of our products and services, and we make sure we cover all of them during our first consultation.  This helps us understand what you’re after, and what your expectations are.  Having an idea of a budget is also helpful as it allows us to provide suggestions that will fall within your price range.

 

 

 

2. PROPOSAL

 

After our initial consultation and evaluation of your needs, we will put our years of experience to work and come up with ideas that will be suitable for your specific application.  This can sometimes include mockups and rough drafts to illustrate what we propose for your project, and will always included a formal quote including all the details of your project.  We understand how important it is to know costs up front and provide clear quotes that will be reflected in the final price.

 

 

 

3. APPROVAL

 

Once you have received your proposal and have reviewed it carefully, we will wait for your approval.  Sometimes project details are altered, in which case we will submit a revised proposal.  Once approved, a deposit may be required to proceed with the next step - all of this will be clearly indicated in our proposal/quote.  Once this is received, we hand off the project to one of our capable designers to turn our sketches into a work of art!

 

 

 

 

4. DESIGN

 

Our designers will take our initial consultation and proposal into consideration and come up with ideas that will impress you and your customers alike.  From simple and bold, to wild and colorful, our full color digital printing capabilities can produce anything our designers come up with!

 

 

 

 

 

5. PRODUCTION

 

Once your design is completed and approved, it is sent to the pre-press department where it is optimized to print depending on which process is being used.  Using our wide range of vinyl plotters, thermal, solvent, and UV printers we produce your project using only the highest quality materials and inks to ensure it stands up to the elements and lasts for years.  Our finishing department then laminates, cuts, and packs your project for delivery or installation, while performing strict quality control checks along the way.

 

 

 

 

6. DELIVERY/ INSTALLATION

 

We offer city wide and national shipping and delivery for all our products.  We can ship using your chosen shipping company or with our own accounts depending on which is more convenient.  Free city wide delivery is available on certain orders.

Province wide installation services are available and we can often recommend out of province installers when required, to ensure your project is installed properly

 

 

 

 

7. FOLLOW UP

 

This is the final step in our signature process, and is often overlooked by other companies.  A quick follow up email or phone call is performed to ensure that you received your project and are 100% satisfied with how it turned out.  We strive to deliver our products on time, and exactly as ordered, and are only satisfied when you are.  Ensuring customer satisfaction is our main goal at Signcraft Display and is what has kept our customers coming back and referring us to their friends for over 20 years.
